Custom Orders
We are happy to offer custom color options for our jewelry styles. To place a custom order, you may send us photos and requests via text or email. Please expect 4 weeks for delivery. In some cases, if we have to order the stones, it may take longer. Shipping from our Austrian suppliers can take up to 3 weeks, at times. Customizations are a $5-$15 upcharge. Please inquire about custom style designs.
Backorders
We try to keep as much in stock as possible, however, if you place an order for a certain style and color that is on backorder, please expect delivery between 4-6 weeks. There are certain stones that take 3 weeks to ship from our suppliers, and we need time for our artisans to create them.
Shipping
USPS $10 unless it is an oversized box, then we will quote the amount
UPS- will quote based on the individual box. Expect $20+
Pricing
We require our customers to charge at least keystone. If you would like to charge more, you are welcome. Undercutting will result in the closure of your account.
Pricing Updates
We have reviewed the pricing for each earring style, and based on supplies, we have made some adjustments. We will keep the prices as low as possible, but stones and supplies have increased.
Repairs
Please inspect all shipments within 10 days of receiving. We can mail replacement stones if you need to replace any. If an earring is broken after 10 days of receiving, you can purchase an individual earring replacement at a discounted rate. Although we try to provide the highest quality product, they are fragile.
